Visa Services

During 2008 and 2009 the UK Border Agency introduced new immigration laws that affect working in the UK. Any non-EEA professional performer, band or conference speaker will need a visa granted under the new points based system and their passport endorsed prior to commencing any work or performance.

This visa will not be granted to the applicant directly, but only through a UK based sponsor who is licensed by the Home Office, UK Border Agency and Media Ministries Productions Ltd is licensed by the Home Office to employ overseas workers under Tier 2 & Tier 5 of the points based system.

If you are planning a conference or event using non-EEA performers or speakers then Media Ministries may be able to help you and for tax purposes we are also registered with the HM Revenue & Customs, Foreign Entertainments Unit.

Please be aware that it is a criminal offence to employ a non-EEA person without the correct visa/work permit, which could lead to fines of up to £10,000 along with possible tax liabilities for any payments made.
